About Alexis Yahre

I'm a seasoned PR professional based in Tampa, FL. with a degree in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida. Over the past 6 years I've honed my skills in the competitive Tampa Bay news market, consistently securing nationwide coverage for my clients.

My success in the PR realm led to the creation of GulfCrest PR Holdings, which caters to a diverse clientele, including film production companies, B2C and non-profit organizations across the United States.

I have served as the Head of Public Relations at Tampa's Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI), where I orchestrated impactful campaigns to repair image challenges, boost social media presence and increase event ticket sales. Additionally, I've held the position of Director of Communications on the executive board at Unite to Fight Poverty in Little Rock, Arkansas, which focused on the creation of digital media kits, ambassador outreach programs and volunteer event coverage.

While currently completing my Master’s Degree in PR at the University of Florida, I contribute to the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) through blogposts and personal interviews for the positive evolution of our profession.
